The postpartum undies were perfect especially after having a Caesarean. They are made of a super comfy, stocking-like material that sit nice and high which was great for someone like me who had a Caesarean. You simply pop a pad in, and when you change just throw it all out together or you can wash and reuse the underwear, so good!
