Before launching Hera Postpartum here in Australia, I spent years building and running a postpartum care business in New Zealand. After my first two births, I did what so many mothers do—I poured everything into my babies and treated my own recovery as an afterthought, assuming the lingering discomfort was just something we had to quietly endure.

Creating an original product line completely transformed my understanding of maternal care. But when I became pregnant with my third child, everything truly clicked into place. I used the very same curated products I had spent years refining, and the difference in my third recovery was night and day. Caring for my physical body gave me the comfort, ease, and emotional space to actually rest and enjoy those precious early weeks.

Now, as I begin this complete new chapter in Australia with Hera Postpartum, I’ve taken those exact proven foundations and elevated them into a whole new standard of care. Named after the mythic protector of mothers, Hera exists to stand quietly in your corner. Every item in our collection is carefully chosen to remove overwhelm, honour your healing, and support you as you recover forward.
