1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your package is dispatched.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Options (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and weight:

Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate.

Express Shipping: $19.95 flat rate.

Free Standard Shipping: On all Australian orders over $100.00.
3. Delivery & Tracking
Delivery timeframes are managed by Australia Post. While we do everything possible to ensure your recovery essentials arrive quickly, Hera Postpartum is not liable for carrier delays caused by seasonal volume or weather events.
Hera Postpartum Returns & Refunds Policy
We take immense pride in the quality and care behind the Hera Postpartum range. We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) regarding consumer guarantees and refunds.
1. Hygiene & Health Restrictions (Change of Mind)
Due to the intimate nature of postpartum recovery items, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on any items that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
For unopened and completely sealed products in their original packaging:

Change-of-mind return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (ACL Guarantees)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
